On March 10. 2012 at the IBP Northeastern Carolina Raw Bench Press Championships R.T. Terry benched 425 pounds raw in the Master 55-59 division.

On This Day In IBP History

The 5^th Annual Regional Iron Boy Push Pull Championships were held on January 21, 2006. This meet was significant because it was the first drug tested event in IBP history.

Another great event! I want to thank all the lifters, coaches and spectators who participated in the meet last Saturday. We are always appreciative of the fact that you choose to participate with the IBP.  

Also, I want thank Michael Belk, Shane Gouge, Jon Allen, Andrew Hinson, Rob Wess, Chip Martin, Walter Ferguson, Sharon Frith, Lucy Paxton, and (Ginger, Ashley, Timothy, Tom, Alyssa, Brenon) Payne for doing what you do.
